2008 Barrett-Jackson Party

The Barrett-Jackson Auction gathering was held at Bill Sangrey’s house/garage on Jan 19th and as usual it was a great time.  We owe Bill and JoAnn a big thank you for all that they did.  The facilities were perfect but the food is where Bill and JoAnn went way above and beyond.  Let’s just say it wasn’t simply snacks and finger foods!  If you haven’t been to one of these functions they are very laidback and people just kind of hang out and socialize.  This is one of the best ways to get to know the members and as I’ve always said, this club is all about the people.

Ric Guyton, Bill Sangrey, Bryan Roper and Dave doing some shop talk while Chuck can’t stop staring at the shiny objects on the table. You can see Bill’s black Impala SS, red and blue Vettes (customers), Hemi Cuda project, race Vette project and his 1969 Dodge Dart GTS 340.

Ric is caught staring at shiny objects while Bryan, Dave, Bill, Rich Moyer and Chuck watch some Barrett-Jackson bidding. Here’s a rear shot of the Vette and Cuda projects.

Here’s Bill’s 1970 Hemi Cuda project. The repop quarters will be removed. Bill has new quarters from Goodmark waiting to go on.

This is Bill’s 1969 Dodge Dart GTS with a 340 and 4-speed. Sweet car!
